About Me

Hi, my name is Allison. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a diverse background. My husband was on active duty for 20 years and retired in 2019. While he was on active duty, we started our family and lived all over the world, adding to my diverse cultural experiences.

I have worked with various populations, including those who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, relationship problems, addiction, domestic violence, and crisis intervention.

I began my career working with Domestic Violence Survivors, Troubled Youth, Active-Duty Military Families & at a Forensic Psychiatric Hospital.

I use a person-centered, eclectic psychotherapy approach, which means I adapt therapy to each client's unique learning style. This adaptability allows me to meet my clients' diverse needs.
